Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of a company or organization to engage in any partnership, sponsorship, or nomination process. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Use of Website and Content

All content on our website, digital editions, and print publications—including text, images, logos, layouts, and interviews—is the intellectual property of European Women Leaders Magazine or our licensed contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written permission.

Subscriptions and Access

You may subscribe to receive our magazine or newsletter through our website or authorized partners.

Subscription access is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred without approval.

Sponsorships, Listings, and Advertising

All advertising, sponsored articles, Women Leader Listing, and custom features are subject to prior editorial approval.

We reserve the right to reject content that does not align with our values or readership.

Upon acceptance, a formal agreement or invoice will be issued to confirm the scope, pricing, and delivery timeline.

Non-Cancellation & No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT:

Once a contract for sponsorship, listing, advertising, or editorial inclusion has been signed or confirmed via email, it is considered final and non-cancellable.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after confirmation of participation or signed agreement, including withdrawal of content, delayed submission, or non-participation.

This policy exists to uphold editorial scheduling, production costs, and distribution commitments.

Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in full within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 7–14 days from the invoice issue date).

Late payments may result in publication delays or removal from the edition without a refund.

Payment methods include credit card (processing fees may apply).

Nomination and Listing Submissions

Submissions for the “Top 20 European Women Leaders” listing or other editorial inclusion must be complete, truthful, and verifiable.

We reserve the right to independently validate credentials and select candidates based on editorial and analytical criteria.

Inclusion is not guaranteed until formally confirmed in writing by our editorial team.

Content Rights and Usage

By submitting content (images, bios, interviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish the content in print, digital, promotional, and social formats.

We may edit content for grammar, clarity, or format without altering its meaning.

Limitation of Liability

European Women Leaders Magazine shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect or incidental damages

Delays in publication due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, war, internet outages)

Outcomes of advertising or content exposure (e.g., leads, sales)

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the agreed service.

Third-Party Links

Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

Privacy

All personal data is collected and handled by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any revised terms.
